11:30 AM – 12:15 PM • Zoom
Because your everyday work shouldn't be scattered across 8 web tabs or locked inside another monthly cloud subscription.
Application Support. Never in a remote database.
Designed to reduce cognitive load and keep your daily momentum uninterrupted.
Open your Mac to an organized overview. Set a single primary intention for the day, check live weather, and view your top priority tasks.
Connects read-only to Apple Calendar or supports manual events. Displays live countdowns and automatically surfaces 1-click video links for Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams.
Pomodoro timer built with a timestamp accumulation engine that survives laptop lid closes and sleep states. Associate sessions directly with specific tasks.
Track recurring SaaS subscriptions, rent, utilities, and invoices. Get visual badges for items due this week or overdue so you never pay late fees.
Log recruiter emails, pending client replies, and open support tickets. Set expected follow-up intervals and snooze or resolve with a single click.
A compact HUD widget that can float over your code editor or browser, plus a native menu bar popover for instant glanceable updates anywhere on macOS.
Privacy isn’t an afterthought or marketing disclaimer. It is hardcoded into how Life Dashboard is built from the ground up.
All dashboard records reside strictly in your Mac's ~/Library/Application Support/LifeDashboard/ directory. Each macOS user profile has its own completely separate, isolated database. No central server or third-party database exists.
OAuth tokens, refresh keys, and custom AI credentials are encrypted using Apple's native macOS Keychain architecture. Credentials are never written to plain text files, logs, or backups.
Gmail access is strictly read-only (gmail.readonly) restricted to snippets. We comply strictly with Google's Limited Use policy: your email data is never sold, never transferred to brokers, and never used to train generalized AI/ML models.
The AI assistant has zero autonomous agency. It generates draft suggestions in your Review Inbox for you to verify. It cannot pay bills, charge cards, modify dates, complete tasks, or delete emails without your explicit approval.
Because your data never leaves your Mac, you are in total control:
Because this is an independent early-access preview distributed outside the Mac App Store, here are the exact steps to launch it cleanly:
Download Life_Dashboard_macOS.zip. Double-click the downloaded file in your Downloads folder to extract Life Dashboard.app.
Drag Life Dashboard.app into your Mac’s /Applications folder so macOS manages its sandboxing and permissions correctly.
On the very first launch, Right-Click (or Control-Click) the app icon in Finder and choose Open from the contextual menu, then click Open in the prompt. (This is standard Apple Gatekeeper verification for independent developer software and only needs to be done once).
Everything you need to know about privacy, permissions, and data safety.
No. By default, Life Dashboard operates completely offline using an on-device rule engine. If you explicitly opt in to Cloud AI (Google Gemini 3.8 Flash), only a minimal excerpt (sender name, subject line, and first 800 characters of text) is transmitted over TLS to Google's API for structured interpretation. Attachments, contacts, and full mailbox data are never accessed or sent.
Never. Life Dashboard requests strictly read-only OAuth permissions (gmail.readonly). The app does not have write access to your email. Furthermore, AI extracted items are placed into a "Review Inbox" as draft suggestions. You must explicitly review and click "Approve & Create" before anything is saved to your dashboard.
Not at all! Both integrations are 100% optional. Life Dashboard features full manual task management, manual calendar event scheduling, recurring bill tracking, and the Pomodoro focus timer without connecting any external accounts.
Open Settings > Data & Backups. Click Export JSON Backup to create a complete portable JSON archive of your entire dashboard. You can also export individual CSV spreadsheets for Tasks, Bills, and Waiting-For items.
Life Dashboard requires macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or macOS 15.0+ (Sequoia). It is compiled as a Universal binary running natively at full speed on both Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) and Intel-based Macs.
Join the private early-access release. Free of cloud trackers, bloatware, and subscription fatigue.
